[Hindu Post] Prabhu Ram, Sri Laxman, & Shabri Mata murtis stolen from Sahasrakund Tirthkshetra

Murtis (statues) of Prabhu Ram, Sri Laxman, and Shabri Mata were stolen from Sahasrakund Tirthkshetra in Islapur village, Maharashtra’s Nanded District. The unidentified miscreants discarded the murtis at Painganga dam. The theft was discovered on February 5, 2024, and a police complaint was lodged by the locals. The locals suspect a person who had previously objected to the murtis and threatened the Pujari (priest). The person had also objected to the performance of puja (worship) and Archana (offering), and had thrown away the Pujari’s belongings.
