The 2024 National Outstanding Hindu Religious Teacher Award was presented by the Directorate General of Hindu Community Guidance at the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia on October 15, 2024, in Bogor, West Java. This award, coinciding with Teachers’ Day, aims to recognize and motivate Hindu religious teachers for their dedication and excellence. A total of 24 teachers from various educational levels, from Pratama Widyalaya (kindergarten) to Utama Widyalaya (senior high school), received the award. The recipients are expected to serve as role models in their communities, embodying excellence in thoughts, words, and actions.
The award ceremony emphasized the importance of teachers in strengthening educational networks and fostering a positive environment.
