The article reports that four individuals were arrested and four minors detained in Kutch, Gujarat, for allegedly desecrating a Ganesha idol and installing a religious flag on a nearby shrine. The incident occurred in Kotda Jadodar village and was discovered around 4:30 PM on a Tuesday. Villagers informed the Kutch West police, leading to the overnight detention of three minors and four adults. Another minor was detained the following day.

The arrested individuals were charged under various sections of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), including those related to insulting religious feelings and criminal conspiracy. The minors, aged around 11 to 12, were found to have desecrated the idol and hoisted a green flag on a nearby shrine. The police have deployed forces in the village to maintain peace and prevent further incidents. The four adults arrested were identified as Maulana Gulam Hussain Jafar, Asif Padhiyar, Sahil Mandhra, and Hanif Mandhra, all residents of Kotda Jadodar.
