The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) board, under new chairman B R Naidu, has made several key decisions. These include transferring non-Hindu employees to other government institutions or offering them voluntary retirement, banning political speeches at the temple, and procuring superior quality ghee for laddoo preparation. The board also plans to set up a panel of experts to reduce darshan waiting times and move all deposits from private banks to nationalized banks. These measures aim to preserve the temple’s religious integrity and improve the experience for devotees..
